How much do you charge for your services?

Willow Branch Travel is a no-fee travel agency*. We are part of the travel agent consortium that negotiates with vendors to provide the best rates. This is a win-win for our clients, as our vendors offer access to amazing resources that are not available to the general consumer and may save time and money!

*We do charge a 5% fee for airline tickets if the flights are not part of a package through one of our vendors.

Do I need travel insurance? 

We highly recommend all our clients purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment before and during their vacation. Most travel insurance plans cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, flight delays, missed flights, lost baggage, and medical emergencies. We believe Travel Protection is well worth the additional cost.
